About Cassandra
Cassandra works with anxious, high-achieving individuals who are navigating relational challenges, life transitions, trauma, and anxiety. Before becoming a psychotherapist, she spent years in a high-intensity consulting environment; she understands firsthand the pressure, pace, and constant mental load many of her clients carry into the therapy session.
Cassandra’s clients are not simply looking for someone to listen and empathize—though that matters. They’re looking for a therapist who is present, engaged, and willing to gently challenge familiar thought patterns. Together, Cassandra and her clients focus on building insight and practical, supportive routines that help manage stress and anxiety while still allowing space for ambition, connection, and joy.
Relationally trained, she focuses her work in three core relationships: the one you have with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. She’ll help you explore your past and present experiences with curiosity and compassion, increasing understanding of how you got here—and identifying what you need to move forward feeling more grounded, confident, and at ease.
Research shows that your connection with your therapist is more important than the type of therapy being used. That being said, Cassandra use a multimodality approach. She is highly trained in psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, EFT, and strengths-based. Additionally, she is Gottman's certified for couples counseling.
